Important information about booking

All sessions include 90 minutes on the water park. If you want longer than 90 minutes please book a day pass.
We do not refund tickets under any circumstances unless we ourselves close due to bad weather. We however are very accommodating about moving you to a different session of your choice if you can't make the one you initially booked for.
Wearing Kiwi Water Park grip socks is compulsory you can pay for them online before you come.
You need to be able to swim to use Kiwi Water park. The Splash park for under 6's however does not require swimming.
We do not take paywave or eftpost onsite at all. Please pay on our website before you come. We can also accept cash onsite if there is space on a session.
