BOOKING POLICY

Refunds: We do not offer refunds in any circumstances unless we ourselves close because of extreme weather.

Age: Under no circumstances can anyone under the age of 6 go on the water park. Children aged 6-9 need to be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. If you leave your child who is under 10 on the park alone they will be removed by a life guard with no refund. Children over 10 who are strong swimmers can go on the park alone.

Rain: We are still open when it rains. If you decide not to go on the park because your feel it is too cold or rainy you will not get a refund. The only weather we close in is extreme winds. It a lot of fun on the park when it rains as it makes the slides more slippery and fun!

Rescheduling: You need to contact us via email at least 48 hours in advance to move your booking to another time. We often sell out mid day sessions days in advance in school holidays. If we have space to reschedule you we will try to but sometimes may not have space. No refunds will be given if you can't make the time you booked.

Location: We are located on Lake Dunstan in Lowburn, Central Otago. We are located approximately: 5 minutes drive from Cromwell, 45 minutes drive from Queenstown, 30 minutes drive from Wanaka, 2 hrs 50 from Invercargill, 2 hrs 40 from Dunedin and 4 hrs 50 from Christchurch. Please allow plenty of time to drive to the park as you will not be refunded if there are traffic issues. There are hundreds of car parks available on site so you will always be able to get a car park. 

Bus transport may be available from Queenstown and Dunedin for selected sessions and days.  See transport page for more info.
